Learn more about us at Role Overview As a Paralegal at Tinnelly Law Group, you will provide essential support to our attorneys by managing case files, conducting research, preparing documents, and handling time-sensitive matters. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency of our legal support team and delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation including preparing, organizing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence. Calendar court deadlines, hearings, filing deadlines, and internal reminders to ensure compliance with court rules, case timelines, and client expectations. Prepare initial drafts of various documents for supervising attorney’s review. Monitor matter progress and coordinate with supervising attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and matters move forward efficiently. Review and finalize legal forms and documents for accuracy. Conduct legal research using various tools and resources. Enter and manage data in case management systems, ensuring accuracy. Maintain organized records of correspondence, filings, and documentation. Collaborate with attorneys and clients to gather information and provide case updates. Perform other administrative tasks such as needed.
