Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In-Park Duties and Responsibilities Proactively greet guests in a friendly, outgoing manner. Provide guests with clear, accurate directions and answers to questions. Follow all guidelines and checklists associated with park cleanliness. Following all park policies regarding performance and attendance. Maintaining the cleanliness of all guest and team member restrooms, including ensuring all restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and free of debris. Assisting with overall park cleanliness, including sweeping, wash down, and trash removal. Maintaining all aspects of patio area cleanliness, including but not limited to, wiping down all tables, emptying trash cans when full, sweeping midways, etc. Completing any other tasks as assigned, which benefit the overall cleanliness of the facility.Team Member Expectations Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times. Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times. Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership. Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details. Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects. Skills and Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old.
