Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Glen Ellyn (543 Pennsylvania Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137) office location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information. Obtain missing information as required.
  • Compile buyer packets, listing packets, and rental packets as well as maintain online file flow.
  • Answer phones.
  • Open and Distribute courier items.
  • Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
  • General office support functions including greeting agents, customers and maintaining office appearance.
  • Oversee supply orders to ensure the office is properly stocked.
  • Maintain monthly floor scheduling.
  • Pull MLS reports as directed.
  • Data entry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Professional appearance
  • Pro-active

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
