Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Qualify potential members based on stated criteria
- Assist field representatives by scheduling qualified appointments
- Properly schedule appointments based on location and representative’s travel range and availability
- Manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure seamless scheduling.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is required.

This is an IN OFFICE position
LOCATION: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (Conveniently located behind the BJs at UTC, exit 213)
Requirements
- Great telephone etiquette and articulation
- Ability to follow script and compliance
- Ability to handle and overcome objections based on training tools and scripting objectives
- Organized, solid professionalism
- Knowledge in customer service, sales, estate planning or the ability to quickly learn
- An incredible work ethic and willingness to work every day
- Strong negotiating skills
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs
- Ability to work under deadlines while being detail-oriented
- Work independently while being a team player.
Benefits
Hourly Rate: $15.00 plus bonuses
Weekly Payroll
Schedule: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday – Friday; Possible Saturdays
Team environment
