Your Title: Client Relationship Associate

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Customer Service Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9AM-1PM EST

Compensation: $18.53/hour plus a monthly performance bonus

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Customer Service department to accommodate our remarkable growth! You will be communicating with our borrowers by answering inbound calls and/ or corresponding in a fast paced, goal oriented Servicing Department.

Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer service regarding issues in heavy traffic call center
  • Responsible for opening clients complaints
  • Deescalate client issues and escalate to the appropriate manager if needed
  • Resolve client discrepancies; reconcile customer disputes pertaining outstanding due balances
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
  • Daily / weekly reporting to direct supervisor
  • Provide pay off quotes to dealers and customers
  • Assist clients with Insurance and registration issues
  • Contact insurance companies for policy verification and other various issues
  • Provide written account information as requested by customers

What you Bring:

  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to the job
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to deescalate issues/concerns

This opportunity comes with a generous base salary, and quarterly bonus!
