Part Time Bookkeeper Administrative Support Apply
Position Overview
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and provide administrative and general office support. This role is responsible for daily bookkeeping operations, financial reporting, and office administration, working closely with senior management to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Bookkeeping
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices.
Administrative Support
- Organize documents, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support general office operations and workflow efficiency.
Compliance & Professional Services Coordination
- Ensure compliance with taxation, employment regulations, and licensing.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Liaise with accountants, tax consultants, and legal professionals as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in small business operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & financial management tools.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures & compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & digital document management.
Preferred:
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating with senior management & external service providers.
