System 1 is searching for a reliable employee to fill a cleaning position in Estero, FL. The position is 5 days a week for 3.5 hours daily, in the evening, after 4:00 pm. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check. Bilingual a plus! Hablamos Espaol!

El puesto es de 5 das a la semana durante 3.5 horas diarias por la tarde-noche a partir de las 4:00 pm. El candidato exitoso debe tener transporte confiable, una tica de trabajo slida y poder pasar una verificacin de antecedentes.
Availability: Monday-Friday. Evening shift.

Responsibilities: Trash removal, cleaning restrooms, low/high dusting, floor cleaning including vacuuming and mopping. Maintaining the safety and security of facility. Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas. Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards. Following company policies/procedures.

Qualifications: Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required; employee must be able to climb ladders; duties involve frequent bending/lifting.
