AdeptHR is hiring for a Part-Time Clerical Assistant!

This is for a Monday through Wednesday, 8 AM to 5 PM shift. $17 per hour starting pay!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Some of your day to day will include:

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Manage order entry and maintain accurate records
  • Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to executives
  • Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and data management
  • Handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in an office setting
  • Reliable transportation to work daily
  • Comfortable with a Monday to Wednesday, part time schedule
  • Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening
