Farmers Insurance District 80 is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Part-Time Client Service Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors to our office, answering phone calls, assisting with client and agency inquiries, manage basic office and data entry tasks and supporting agents with service inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn about our products and services. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling client and agent inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Contribute to the overall team goals and participate in team meetings and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients and improving their experience.
