We are a small, family-owned dry cleaning business seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to serve customers, process clothing, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for someone who can commit to growing with us long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: You will be the face of our business, greeting customers with a smile, retrieving their orders, processing payments, answering questions, and ensuring every customer feels valued. Friendliness, respect, and a positive attitude are essential.

• Order Processing: Attention to detail is critical as you will create invoices, tag clothing items, and sort orders for cleaning. Ensuring accuracy in these steps will help us maintain the high-quality service our customers expect.

Schedule:

• Part-time, 20-25 hours per week on average, mostly afternoons and early evenings.
