Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
Follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolution in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience
Stay up to date on product offerings, inventory, and company policies
Qualifications:
1–3 years of customer service experience (experience in furniture, logistics, or B2B environments is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools
Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset
Hours 12pm-5pm
