Learn more at Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Part-Time Executive Administrator to support our executive team and company owners. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting senior leadership while learning the inner workings of a growing government contracting company. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly dependable, and excited to build foundational administrative and business skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability Help prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and logistics Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, room setup, and follow‑up items Serve as a point of contact for basic coordination between executives and internal teams Assist with drafting and organizing communications and documents Maintain organization of files, calendars, and administrative processes Support general administrative needs and special projects as assigned Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure executives are prepared and operations run smoothly Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative or executive support role Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Prior administrative or internship experience is a plus, but not required Work Requirements Minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility based on executive schedules Must be available to work in‑office when executives are present Occasional remote work may be permitted based on business needs Flexibility in availability is highly preferred HUBZone Residency Requirement As a certified HUBZone employer, we are required to maintain a workforce that includes employees residing in designated HUBZone areas. Candidates must reside in a HUBZone at the time of hire and throughout employment in this role. Candidates must be able to provide documentation verifying HUBZone residency upon request. Eligibility This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
