Position Overview
North Bridge Academy (Mill Valley, CA) is seeking a Part-Time IT Support & Systems Analyst to support the school’s network infrastructure, software systems roll out, and data operations. This role provides hands-on technical support while contributing to system integration, data analysis, and the effective use of AI-driven tools to improve school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Network Infrastructure
- Provide technical support for network connectivity issues, including firewall, intranet, Wi-Fi, and router troubleshooting
- Monitor and diagnose network performance issues and coordinate resolution
Software Systems & Integration
- Assist with the implementation, integration, and maintenance of new software platforms
- Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during rollouts and updates
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective adoption of technology systems
Data Analysis & Automation
- Support data analysis tasks related to school operations and student performance
- Develop scripts, tools, or workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy
- Utilize AI-powered tools to support analysis, automation, and problem-solving
Development & AI Tools
- Use Replit for scripting, prototyping, automation, or system support tasks
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for security and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree not required with equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Replit
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for development, automation, or analysis
- Solid understanding of:
- Network infrastructure (firewalls, intranet systems)
- Wi-Fi and router configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical support roles
- Familiarity with data analysis, scripting, or workflow automation
- Experience with cloud-based software platforms or internal systems
Work Environment
This role works closely with school leadership, administrative staff, and faculty. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and professional.
Salary
Either hourly ($55/hour) or $1,700 retainer for 30 hours a month.
