Part Time Licensed Therapist Couples Focus Apply
Life is too short for therapy that doesn’t work. At Palo Alto Therapy, we help couples move out of conflict and back into connection using proven, evidence-based approaches—often in weeks, not years. We also support teens and adults as part of this work.
We’re seeking a part-time, fully licensed therapist with strong experience working with couples who is also open to seeing teen and adult clients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value effective, relationship-focused therapy and prefer in-person work.

You’ll provide in-person therapy with a primary focus on couples, along with teens and adults as needed, in our Palo Alto and Menlo Park offices. You’ll focus on high-quality clinical care while our team handles scheduling, billing, and administrative support.
This is an in-person, W-2 employee position.

A Great Practice To Do What You Love
"I loved working at PAT and had an overall incredibly positive experience with both other staff, managers, and my clients. I always felt valued, heard, and respected and like any input I had for management would be sincerely considered. I learn and grew so much as a therapist as a started here as an associate and grew in my knowledge of CBT more than I ever expected up until becoming fully licensed. PAT supported my licensure needs and requirements all along the way. So many valuable trainings and great training reimbursement funds as well for outside trainings that interest you! Mostly encountered motivated and engaged clients which kept things interesting."
"Palo Alto Therapy (PAT) is a very positive work environment. The practice goes above and beyond to offer regular consultation and training opportunities and promote a supportive culture. The care coordinators and administrative team are exceptional allowing therapists to focus on their clinical work. Overall, one of the best places I have worked."
