Sales & Marketing Support RepresentativeThe Sales & Marketing Support Representative provides essential support to sales and client partnership initiatives through proposal development, client communications, CRM management, and targeted marketing activities. This role blends marketing coordination with administrative execution and is critical to supporting revenue growth and client engagement.This is a part-time position reporting directly to the Director, Sales & Client Partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented contributor who consistently adds value and demonstrates the potential to grow into a full-time role.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, formatting, and refinement of client proposals, presentations, and sales materialsExecute targeted and mass communications to clients and prospects, including email campaigns and outreach initiativesMaintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client, prospect, and opportunity dataConduct market research to support sales strategies, prospecting efforts, and campaign developmentSupport marketing campaigns, including content coordination and performance trackingProvide limited graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and marketing materialsAdminister customer appreciation and client engagement programsProvide general administrative and organizational support to the Sales & Client Partnerships functionRequirements, Certifications & SkillsEducation and ExperienceCoursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferredPrevious marketing internship, sales support, or administrative experience strongly preferredExperience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Clickup, Salesforce, or similar) is a plusDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethicSkills and CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace toolsHigh level of accuracy in data entry and document managementGreat typing speed and spelling a big plus!Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to contribute, learn, and make an impactAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal team membersWork Environment and ScheduleWork is primarily performed in an office environment with regular use of computers and phonesFlexible part-time schedule may be available for the right candidateOpportunity for increased responsibility and transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs
