We are currently seeking candidates to fill part-time sales position (up to 29 hours hrs./wk) in our location at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
Candidate requirements:
- Engages customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Minimum of 1 years customer service experience required
- Ability to actively clientel by leveraging customer data to develop trusted, long term relationships with customers to build future business for the brand
- Assists customers with all their product needs and builds the sale accordingly
- Demonstrates strong selling and service skills that contribute to the store's and individual productivity goals
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Possess professional telephone etiquette to deal with all internal and external customers
- Ability to operate POS system and technical devices across all channels required within the store
- Maintain cashwrap organization and cleanliness
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Second language (Ex: Mandarin, Spanish) would be an added advantage but not required
- MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY FOR CONSIDERATION
