Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and expand our market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with our business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner needs are met and opportunities are maximized.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contractual discussions with partners to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Training and Support: Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to ensure their success.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
