As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors for residential properties. We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable technician who has experience working with a variety of garage door types and can diagnose and repair issues efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems
- Replace faulty parts, such as springs, cables, and rollers
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of garage doors
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General Liability Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Garage Door Technician
- Strong knowledge of different types of garage door systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Currently living in the US
