JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversees the collection, compilation, and input of data. Analyzes and summarizes data. Prepares reports. Makes recommendations to administrators based on analysis of data.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, maintain, and manage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Makes recommendations on partnerships with a variety of groups, including professional organizations, industry groups, non-profits, etc.
  • Track performance and progress of partnerships
  • Collaborate with Instructor Management to recruit and support instructors
  • Assist in the recruitment of students for Professional Education courses
  • Identify and facilitate tabling and outreach events and activities
  • Maintains inventory of giveaway items
  • Identify marketing needs and collaborate with ProEd director/team to influence marketing strategies
  • Identify and maintain relevant organizational and community memberships

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Two years experience in collecting, organizing analyzing, and presenting data; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
