What we are building

Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI.

Our first product, Mapper, learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and repetition, and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we've introduced Miner, which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.


Your mission

As our founding Partnerships Lead, you will contribute to Mimica’s success by developing and expanding our alliances ecosystem with key managed service providers and strategic technology partners. You will be expected to leverage partner strengths and capabilities to integrate Mimica into their service offerings through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for establishing the function from the ground up, which includes assembling and leading a team and being accountable for the achievement of partner performance metrics to ultimately generate mutual value and drive revenue growth.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Developing, enabling, and monetizing an expanding a multi-faceted set of partners including BPOs, technology firms, and consulting companies; 
  • Working with partners and internal teams (sales, customer engineering, marketing, product) to optimize co-selling and co-marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem.
  • Setting short- and long-term channel strategies and goals.
  • Developing, monitoring, and adjusting the strategy, ideal partner profiles, and practices to continuously improve results.
  • Establishing clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and updating and maintaining proper reporting metrics and funnel management.
  • Enabling partners through assets and relationship management, and overseeing co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events. 
  • Being accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption.

Requirements

  • Background in partnerships, alliances and/or business development roles in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience building a partnerships program from scratch in a high-growth company or experience in driving multiple strategic partnerships within established teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to complex enterprise sales cycles, working closely with managed service providers, BPOs, and technology firms.
  • Track record of defining partner success metrics, performing regular evaluations, and modifying strategies to accelerate revenue growth,
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to operate strategically while also being hands-on and scrappy.
  • Desire to continually develop your skills, enhance team processes, and reduce inefficiencies.

Bonus

  • Background in Consulting or knowledge of consulting business models and value propositions. 
  • Comfortable working within high-growth environments – delivering value quickly and iteratively.
  • Knowledge of automation/RPA, process transformation, AI or related domains.
