The Realest is building a category-defining business by fixing a broken collectibles system. We provide the authentication and infrastructure that enables the world’s biggest rights-holders to own, control, and monetize their physical IP — from on-site moments at the largest global events to record-setting artifacts and scalable manufactured products. Our work is driven by storytelling and culture, creating impact that extends well beyond the transaction.

The Realest works with leading teams, leagues, athletes, artists, and entertainment partners to create premium, authenticated collectibles and fan experiences.

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to support and manage partner relationships on a day-to-day basis. This is a junior-to-mid level role focused on ownership, follow-through, and relationship care. Your job is to make sure partners stay engaged, informed, and excited after deals are signed and that nothing goes quiet or stalls.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is naturally organized, personable, and proactive, and who takes pride in keeping relationships and projects moving.

What You’ll Own

Day-to-Day Partner Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
  • Maintain regular check-ins and thoughtful touchpoints.
  • Keep partners informed on timelines, progress, and next steps.
  • Make sure partners feel supported and taken care of.

Project Coordination & Follow-Through

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items across partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, product, content, and leadership.
  • Follow up consistently to keep work moving forward.
  • Surface blockers early and help resolve them.

Partner Engagement & Growth Support

  • Proactively bring ideas, reminders, and opportunities to partners.
  • Help identify ways to expand partnerships over time.
  • Support renewals by maintaining strong, consistent relationships.

Internal Communication

  • Clearly communicate partner needs and feedback to the internal team.
  • Keep notes, status updates, and simple trackers up to date.
  • Help leadership stay informed on partner health and priorities.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years experience in partnerships, account management, client services, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Very strong people skills. Warm, professional, and easy to work with.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable being persistent without being pushy.
  • Able to juggle multiple partners and projects at once.
  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with brands, sports teams, artists, or agencies, but not required.

This role is about ownership, consistency, and follow-through.

Los Angeles (or secondary, New York) preferred. Open to strong U.S.-based candidates remotely.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Work From Home
  • Wellness Resources
  • Stock Option Plan
