We are looking for a a dynamic and organized team player for this role. Our ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of RV, automotive or boat parts and have retail experience too. This position will assist both over the counter parts and service parts departments. Experience with inventory and ordering parts is a plus.

Providing outstanding customer satisfaction to our customers is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding customer service to all of our customers
  • Completes sales via phone or email in a professional manner
  • Assists all customers with products and questions
  • Handles all transactions and takes payments accordingly
  • Learns about he products sold in the store.
  • Locates parts and accessories in catalogs and/or the computer where necessary
  • Designs professional displays to showcase the products sold in the store
  • Generates special order report and call the customers when the parts have arrived at the store
  • Cleans and restocks the showroom floor daily
  • Dusts/cleans showroom products and displays
  • Organizes all products in a professional setting
  • Balances cash drawer and credit card machines at the end of the night.
  • Up-sells and makes recommendations to customers where applicable

  • A desire to work in a performance based environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.
