\nParts Administrator (Nights)
\nS. Burlington, Vermont
\nShift: Sun - Wed 3:30pm to 1:30am
\nPay starts at $22/hr +/- DOE
\nBenefits + Paid Time Off
\n
\nThe Parts Administrator performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stocking, kitting, expediting and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
    \n\t
  • Receives, unpacks and examines goods shipped and verifies completeness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices and other records.\n\t
  • Counts and compares quantity and identification numbers of units against PO order.\n\t
  • Processes receipts and delivery of material from suppliers to other areas of the facility.\n\t
  • Prepares materials for shipment, coordinates carrier pick-ups and accurately presents shipments to carriers with proper documentation.\n\t
  • Completes shipping documents for daily shipments.\n\t
  • Prepares identifying information and shipping instructions on packages.\n\t
  • Processes and maintains returned goods.\n\t
  • Issue received materials to jobs as required.\n\t
  • Processes and boxes parts for shipment.\n\t
  • Takes an active role to ensure Environmental Health and Safety standards and procedures are met and complied with.\n\t
  • Looks for ways to eliminate safety hazards and improve the overall safety of the workplace.\n\t
  • Audits work area for safety compliance.\n\t
  • Performs other duties as required and available for overtime as necessary.\n\t
  • Must be willing to be trained on a forklift\n
\n
\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n
    \n\t
  • HS diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.\n\t
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. \n\t
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.\n
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Prior shipping / receiving / warehouse / inventory experience.\n\t
  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software programs.\n\t
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to focus on task.\n
