As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive the right parts efficiently and effectively, making their experience with us enjoyable and hassle-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely parts availability.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts department.
- Stay updated with automotive parts knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a parts department or automotive retail environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for parts management.
