About Us:

Optimum RV is a leading dealership known for providing high-quality recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused RV Parts Associate to join our team and assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their RV.

Responsibilities:

Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include:

·        Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories.

·        Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.

·        Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts.

·        Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.

·        Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.

·        Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.

·        Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

·       Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.

·       Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

·       All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.

·        Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems.

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·        Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems.

·        High school diploma or equivalent.
