Position Title: Parts Consultant, Track Inc Monico, Wisconsin

Type: Full time / hourly

Scope:

To perform a variety of customer service and in-store stocking duties that relate to communication with customers, making recommendations and the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts that contribute to the overall efficiency of TRACK Inc.’s Vermont location.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain knowledge of parts availability.
  • Ability to maintain proper parts inventory levels.
  • Develop parts optimization.
  • Collaboration with sales and service teams
  • Ensure quality of parts received.
  • Implement competitive parts pricing.
  • Develop network of key suppliers for specialized parts.
  • Manage customers’ warranty claims and work with suppliers on resolutions.
  • Interpret inventory reports and update for management.
  • Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet with suppliers, customer & attend industry events.
  • Ability to work additional hours during seasonal peaks.
  • Perform other duties as required,

Required skills:

  • Proficiency with computers for inventory, recordkeeping, parts information, etc.
  • Experience with Quick Books inventory management and operations system (preferred)
  • Proficiency MS office and ability to create reports and documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
  • Must be capable of working independently
  • Detail-oriented

Expectations:

  • Participate in company functions, programs, sales or service initiatives, etc.
  • Offers opinions on improving systems and communications

Minimum Qualifications / experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Good Administrative skills
  • Inventory management experience
  • Good sales and customer service aptitude

Pay Structure:

Full-time hourly position, with 60-day probationary period, reports to General Manager.

Health and group disability and group accident insurance, 401k & supplemental dental and vision

6 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days, 10 vacation days
