Kaizen Collision Center in Buellton is looking for a strong Parts Manager who runs a tight department and keeps production moving.

If you’re currently:

• Fixing ordering mistakes from others

• Waiting on approvals that slow you down

• Dealing with disorganized systems

The Parts Manager is the backbone of the shop.
No parts flow = no production.

You will own:

• Accurate parts ordering (OEM, aftermarket, recycled)

• Vendor accountability

• Return management and credits

• Matching parts to ROs correctly the first time

• Preventing delays that hurt cycle time

• 2+ years collision parts experience preferred

• Knows how to read estimates and verify parts correctly

• Understands DRP pressure and production deadlines

• Detail-oriented and system-driven
