Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Master the art of inventory monitoring and control, ensuring our production team has everything they need, when they need it.
  • Predictive Ordering: Use data-driven insights to predict and order parts with precision.
  • Sales and Promotions: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to charm clients and craft irresistible promotions for our parts catalog.
  • Leadership: Oversee the flow of parts in and out of the shop, manage and train parts department personnel, and develop strategies to maintain profit goals.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
  • Skills:

- Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring principles

- Excellent sales and organizational skills

- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in using inventory management software
