Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with parts, warehouse and inventory experience to join our team as a Parts Warehouse Manager. The Parts Warehouse Manager functions as part of the Parts Operations team and is responsible for leading the branch's parts warehouse team.

In this role, you will:

  • MANAGE PARTS INVENTORY ensuring maximum profitability and superior internal and external support
  • DRIVE PARTS SALES GROWTH by aligning inventory and warehouse processes to customer demand and equipping branch teams to maximize purchasing opportunities.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS within the company to ensure that we are operating as a cohesive unit.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
  • 5 years of inventory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of parts and service operations
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Team building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership
  • Ability to grow and manage business-to-business sales
  • Computer and accounting skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Warehouse Manager, Parts Supervisor, Parts Shipper/Receiver

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors, traveling to numerous

customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
