Are you a driven, detail-oriented Parts Manager who knows how to lead a department, maximize profitability, and keep operations running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Parts Department and help us deliver top-tier service to our customers and technicians.
What You’ll Do- Manage all aspects of the Parts Department, including inventory control, pricing, and purchasing
- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence
- Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive department profitability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager (automotive dealership experience required)
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Ford Parts Certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and OEM processes
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of results
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (dealership experience required)
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Ford Parts Certification a plus
- Proven ability to manage inventory, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence control
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing parts personnel
- In-depth knowledge of OEM parts systems, inventory management software, and dealership processes
- Ability to analyze reports, track KPIs, and drive department profitability
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with Service and Sales departments
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
Salary: Up to $115,000.00 per year
