Lunghamer Buick GMC is seeking a driven, experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department with strong structure, accountability, and forward-thinking leadership. • Oversee all daily Parts Department operations including inventory strategy, purchasing, pricing, and team performance
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support Service, Body Shop, and retail operations
• Drive departmental profitability through strong gross margin control and obsolescence management
• Ensure accurate GM parts ordering, inventory accuracy, and warranty compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team
• Partner closely with Service, Sales, and dealership leadership to drive results
• Analyze KPIs and reports, implementing process improvements where needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department environment

• 3–5+ years in a Parts Manager leadership role
• GM parts experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in Automate DMS (preferred not required)
• Strong inventory management and financial performance background
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
