1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Parts Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment construction service to support the Nashville, TN area. As a CParts Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.

1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service with experience in heavy equipment parts. As a Customer Service - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.

  • Process customer orders and coordinate the shipment of parts
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and availability
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Must be ok with spending large amount of time in truck delivering parts to customer sites and invoicing while onsite.

Requirements

Responsibility

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a parts or technical support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of parts and inventory management is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications or education is a plus
  • Must have clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
