1 Resource Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts/Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hopemills, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between customer service, parts supply, and service operations, providing a vital link between our customers and our internal teams.

  • Key responsibilities include generating sales for parts and assemblies, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating the timely delivery of services and parts.
  • Actively resolve customer issues related to parts quality, invoicing, and service delivery to uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing detailed communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the inventory is well-stocked according to the guidelines set by the Manager of Inventory Control.
  • Conduct weekly reports to the Service Manager outlining customer feedback and field demands.
  • Communicate frequently with parts representatives to relay customer needs and order statuses.
  • Advise on merchandising programs and the benefits of maintenance agreements.
  • Handle and submit vehicle expense reports accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in a parts or service coordination role, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with web-based programs are essential.
  • Physical capability to perform duties, including lifting and bending as necessary.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience within the forklift industry is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for corporate insurance approval.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
