Wednesday – 4 hours

Thursday – 4 hours
(16–20 hours per week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Administrative & Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process and code invoices accurately in QuickBooks

Assist with accounts payable and vendor payments

Manage purchase orders and maintain organized financial records

Support invoicing and basic accounting functions

Perform administrative support tasks as needed

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) communication with vendors and staff

Assist with basic HR-related tasks (preferred)

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Experience with QuickBooks (required)

Strong Excel skills (required)

Experience with coding, invoicing, and accounts payable

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage confidential information professionally
