What You'll Do:
The Clinical Supervisor provides support, assessment, and guidance to PASS families to enhance the child's ability to thrive. This role includes overseeing the training of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and working closely with families to support goal-setting, progress monitoring, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities also include collaboration with families and agency staff on renewal, transition planning, or discharge needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:

- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and professionals.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for scheduled meetings, training, and supervision.
- Maintain professionalism and strong boundaries with families.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and agency information.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
- Train and provide guidance to DSPs in managing activities per the Service Plan.
- Maintain accurate client records and update, analyze, and revise treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise DSPs and promote continuity of care in meetings.
- Complete clinical notes, progress reports, and submit billing in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on billing procedures and relevant codes.

Work Location: Hybrid in Warwick, RI
Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional in Rhode Island eligible for Clinical Supervision (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, RN with Master's, Psychologist, or Licensed Behavior Analyst).
- Minimum of two years' experience working with children with special healthcare needs.
- Must have passed a BCI and CANTs check.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an NPI and CAQH certification.
