The Pastry Chef will take charge of crafting and executing all pastry and dessert offerings, ensuring high-quality and consistent presentation. Responsibilities include preparing fresh baked goods, developing innovative pastry recipes, maintaining kitchen inventory, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaboration with the culinary team to enhance menu creativity and customer experience is also an essential part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Baking and Bakery skillsStrong expertise in Culinary Skills, Cooking, and Food PreparationExperience in crafting and executing creative dessert and pastry menusKnowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standardsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality presentationAbility to work collaboratively in a high-paced, team-oriented environmentA degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, or a related field is a plusPrior experience in a similar role, particularly in modern or fine dining establishments, is preferred
