The club continues to grow with an energetic, forward-thinking membership that loves to connect and celebrate. With the golf season quickly approaching, we are seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and baking operations. Position Overview The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading all pastry and baking operations for the club, delivering high-quality desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods that elevate the member dining experience. This role oversees production for a la carte dining, banquets, weddings, holiday events, and member functions while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
