Base Pay Range $19.07/hr - $22.17/hr About the Position Responsible for facilitating patient registration, including identification, demographic collection, financial verification, and compliance documentation. Handles co‑pay collection, cash reconciliation, and emergency patient arrivals while coordinating with departments for smooth patient flow. Manages incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and ensures excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. What we are looking for Minimum: High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or certification in a healthcare‑related field is highly preferred. Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in computer use required; experience with electronic health records is preferred. Preferred: Experience using Excellian. General medical terminology. Insurance verification and/or patient registration experience.
