Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Chino Hills, CA

Work Schedule: On-site

Rate: $23.50,Based on experience

Job Description:-

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification: N/A

• Experience: Family Medicine Office, referrals knowledge
• Number of years of experience: 6months to 1 yrs
• Preferred skills: Basic Computer and phone skills. Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Referrals.

Summary of Major Function

• Submit referrals to insurances for specialty visits, DME, or Imaging. Strong communication skills with providers, patients, and co-workers. Able to multi-task, and touch on multiple items per day. Answer calls and respond to patient messages. Experience with IEHP is a plus.
