Job Description:This position would be in the Emergency Dept working primarily the morning shift. This position rotates Holidays and works every other weekend. This position will cross train over in the clinic as well. This position is responsible to facilitate the patient registration flow; gathering demographic information; securing financial, third-party, and sponsorship data; obtaining required signatures and documents needed for compliance; and appropriately collecting co-payment and reconciling cash. May also be responsible for pre-registration, scheduling, benefit verification, pre-admission, and ED patient arrivals. Hours may be adjusted weekly based on department need.Work Experience: Preferred customer service in a healthcare setting
