Patient Access RepresentativeJoin our growing Dental Patient Access Team!Responsibilities include:Appointment and scheduling of patients for Dental Services using Dentrix computer software program.Completing insurance verifications and prior authorizations for treatment as well as processing referrals.Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed per treatment plan.Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit.Provide superior customer service in welcoming Health Center patients.Qualifications:High school diploma and two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team centered work environment.Opportunity to get further training as a Dental Assistant Apprentice available!
