Patient Access RepresentativeResponsibilities include:Verifying accurate demographic and insurance information to register and welcome new and existing patients.Collecting co-pays, reconcile payments and assist with scheduling appointments.Providing superior customer service to ensure flow of services and patient satisfaction.Ideal candidate will have 2 years+ working in an outpatient setting and be familiar with the insurance verification process.Strong communication skills, attention to detail as well as demonstrated computer literacy required.Bi-lingual skills a plus!
