Patient Access Representative Apply
Job Description Performs a variety of functions in the medical office, including answering the telephone, communicating messages through email or Epic, greeting patients, registering and scheduling appointments, collecting copayments, making reminder calls, verifying insurance and other patient data, scanning or uploading patient information to electronic charts. Provides backup for other positions and functions, such as medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, and can float between multiple locations. Ensures patient confidentiality while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct. Job Requirements Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
