Sanford Health - 9601 Townline Road - Responsibilities: Greet patients and verify demographics to accurately register and/or schedule; Collect co-payments, pre-payments, and/or payments on account balances; Operate multi-line telephones and, depending on location, switchboard; Coordinate appointments and referrals, and manage recall/waitlists; Mentor new Patient Access Representatives and maintain confidentiality of information
