Role Description: Front Desk / Patient Coordinator

The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our patients and a key contributor to the daily success of the practice. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical spa setting.

You will manage scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations while delivering a welcoming, calm, and organized experience for every patient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of discretion and presentation in a medical environment.


Qualifications

Required

  • Customer service experience (medical office, medical spa, dental, hospitality, or service industry)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Comfort handling payments, pricing discussions, and memberships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/EMR systems

Preferred

  • Previous medical spa or medical office experience
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare, or wellness services
  • Sales or retail experience in a service-based environment
