Patient Care Technician (PCT) Start your healthcare career in a fun, rewarding environment. Working Hours Work Days: Monday through Saturday; weekends required every other Saturday and no Sunday shifts. Shift Times: Flexible rotating shifts starting as early as 3 am. Must cover shifts at other clinics if needed. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment. Record vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements Accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Physically able to work long shifts on feet. Willing to float between local clinics if needed. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
