Job Requirements Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from advanced chronic kidney disease known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording vital statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up the hemodialysis machine. Our technicians combine technical skills with genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Work Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles. Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or any other state‑approved certification. Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
