Fresenius Medical Care - - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate dialysis machines and initiate dialysis per prescribed orders; Monitor patients during dialysis and intervene for intradialytic problems as prescribed; Document treatment data, vitals, and communicate changes to RN or supervisor; Assist in training direct patient care staff and coordinate care with other staff; Maintain infection control practices and assist with lab specimens as required
