Job Responsibilities Our Patient Care Technicians deliver high‑quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording vital statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up hemodialysis machines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles. Experience: Experienced PCTs must hold current certification from one of the following: BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or other state‑approved certification). Current BLS/CPR certification required. Salary $19.00 – $31.69 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
