The Oncology Patient Advocate reports jointly to the Sr. Manager, Patient Registration in conjunction to the management team of the Kellogg Cancer Care Centers with the primary goal of reducing uncompensated care. Experience in charity care negotiations, pharmaceutical company programs, and patient payment plan development.
